This Site is an independent lead generation and referral service. It does not perform mobile home leveling work, pier repair, anchor installation, skirting work, inspections, or any other construction or repair service.

All work described on this Site is performed by independent contractors who are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of J&N Peak LLC. Those independent contractors are solely responsible for their own licensing, registration, insurance, bonding, permits, workmanship, safety practices, scheduling, warranties, and pricing. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work.

We make no guarantee of work, pricing, availability, response time, or outcome. Submitting a request through this Site does not create a contract for services and does not obligate any contractor to contact you, to provide a quote, or to perform work. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring them, including verifying their license and insurance status and reviewing their contract terms.

We may receive compensation from contractors for referrals generated through this Site.

2. Information on this Site

Content on this Site, including descriptions of services, cost factors, and educational articles, is general information only. It is not professional engineering, construction, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an on site evaluation of your home by a qualified professional. Do not rely on this Site to make decisions about the safety or condition of a structure.

No dollar figures or price quotes are provided on this Site. Any pricing you receive comes from an independent contractor and is set by them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or submit another person's contact information without their permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J&N PEAK LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE WORK, DELAY, NON PERFORMANCE, OR ANY DISPUTE OVER PRICING OR PAYMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

We do not control those third parties, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or privacy policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Communications consent

By submitting a request through the Site, you consent to be contacted by us and by one or more independent contractors at the phone number and email address you provide, including by telephone call, text message, and email, regarding your request. 11. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 13. Severability and entire agreement
