Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how J&N Peak LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains information through this website. This site is an independent lead generation and referral service. It does not perform mobile home leveling work. All work is performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, and pricing.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the lead form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, if you provide one
  • Your city, subdivision, or property location
  • The type of service you are asking about
  • Any details you write in the message field, such as the size and age of the home and what you are noticing

If you call or email us directly, we collect the information contained in that communication.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and date of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used by the site and by analytics providers.

Call information

Phone numbers displayed on this site may be call tracking numbers that route to a contractor or to us. When you call a tracking number, information such as your caller ID, the date and time of the call, the call duration, and the page or source that led you to call may be recorded. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and record keeping purposes. If you do not want to be recorded, do not use the tracking number and instead contact us by email at JayPeak1425@gmail.com.

How we use information

  • To connect you with one or more independent local contractors
  • To contact you about your request by phone, text message, or email
  • To respond to questions you send us
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site
  • To measure which pages and sources generate requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

How information is shared

Information you submit through the lead form is shared with one or more independent local contractors so that they can contact you about your request. Once a contractor receives your information, their own privacy and communication practices apply to how they use it. We do not control those practices. If you do not want your information shared with a contractor, do not submit the form.

We may also share information with:

  • Service providers who operate the site on our behalf, such as hosting, form processing, call tracking, email, and analytics providers
  • Legal and professional advisors, or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal data for money. Some analytics and advertising technologies may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws. See the rights section below for how to opt out.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember basic preferences, and measure traffic and page performance through analytics providers. Analytics providers may set their own cookies and may collect information across sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Many browsers also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and where required by law we honor recognized opt out preference signals.

Data retention

We keep lead form submissions and call records for as long as needed to serve the purpose they were collected for, to maintain business records, to resolve disputes, and to comply with legal obligations. In general, lead and call records are retained for up to twenty four months unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing dispute, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider. Contractors who receive your information retain it according to their own policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format, where technically feasible
  • Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request, with the right to contact the Texas Attorney General if the appeal is denied

To exercise any of these rights, email JayPeak1425@gmail.com with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time frame required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

How to request deletion

Email JayPeak1425@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my information" and include the name, phone number, and email address you used when you contacted us. We will delete the records we hold, subject to any legal retention requirement. Note that we cannot delete information already transferred to an independent contractor. You will need to contact that contractor directly for their records.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third party sites

The site may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
